Discount pricing is available for multiple single-unit listings. Please contact us for more details. Each listing will include a summary text entry in the listing search as well as an individual detailed listing page with a complete description and up to four pictures. Click Here to see a sample. Featured listings sort towards the top of the listing search, before all Standard listings. The exact result location depends upon the number of featured listings and the age of the listing. All featured listings will be shown before the standard listings. Featured listings will then be sorted from newest to oldest, based upon original entry date. Standard listings are then sorted from newest to oldest. Listings are valid for one month and can be renewed until the property is sold or rented. Invoices will be e-mailed to the designated billing contact around the 1st of each month. Renewal payments must be made promptly in order to ensure continuous service. Payment can be made by check or by credit card through PayPal. Refunds are not issued for listings that appear for less than a month due to sale or rental of the listed unit. Please e-mail us to notify us as soon as a property is sold or rented so that it can be removed from the database. |
