2117 Broadway St This seven-story, 172,000 square foot brick building was completed in 1913 for the J.I. Case Threshing Machine Company. A $32 million conversion into 105 residential condos is planned to start in June 2007 and last for one year. Condos will range in size from 900 to 1600 square feet.
