The historic Western Auto building,
built in 1915, and two surrounding buildings were converted into
loft condominiums. Completed in 2004, the 12-story curved
tower houses 93 units ranging in size from 635 to 1,470 square feet.
The initial sales price of the units ranged between $109,900 and
$311,900.
Floor plans availble include 1 bed/1
bath, 1 bed/1 bath plus den, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath and 2 bedroom/2
bath. Each unit features 12-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces,
partial oak flooring and washer/dryer hookups. Kitchens feature
a choice of cabinetry, granite countertops and a selection of GE

The building was originally built for
the Coca-Cola Company and became home to Western Auto in the 1920s.
The familiar 58-foot tall Western Auto sign will remain. The
landmark sign consists of 2,500 light bulbs and 1,000 feet of neon.
