The historic Western Auto building, built in 1915, and two surrounding buildings were converted into loft condominiums.  Completed in 2004, the 12-story curved tower houses 93 units ranging in size from 635 to 1,470 square feet.  The initial sales price of the units ranged between $109,900 and $311,900.

The building was originally built for the Coca-Cola Company and became home to Western Auto in the 1920s.  The familiar 58-foot tall Western Auto sign will remain.  The landmark sign consists of 2,500 light bulbs and 1,000 feet of neon.
