Once the Vista Del Rio, a former apartment tower for retired teachers built in 1965, this 20-story building has been reincarnated as The View.  It contains 144 condos rangng in size from one bedrooms of 741 square feet to 2,360 square foot penthouse.  Units start around $120,000 and go to over $350,000, in addition to the $2 million penthouse.  Each condo will have a patio or balcony and one assigned parking space per bedroom.

Exterior walls are comprised of floor to ceiling windows of reflective glass.  Kitchens feature a stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops and hardwood ro ceramic tile flooring.  Bathrooms have granite vanities, soaking tubs and ceramic tile showers and flooring.  Bedrooms are carpeted and have walk-in closets.
