First and Main Lofts

136 Main Street The First and Main Lofts are being built in a four-story, 32,000 square foot building that is over 100 years old. It was originally built in 1905 to store carriage parts. Most recently, the building was occupied by the Republic paper recycling plant. The plant shut down in 2000. As the First and Main lofts, the building will house 25 loft condos ranging in size from about 700 to over 1,300 square feet. The top floor will be home to four newly built penthouse units with large roof decks. The sales prices are initially from $180,000 to $350,000. The first floor will contain retail or exhibit space.
