Conover Place is the first new development in the River Market West area and was completed in June 2002.  The building is a modern interpretation of the traditional old lofts.  The exterior is primarily made of brick, while the interior features wooden timber and beam construction with concrete floors.

The 11 first floor units feature 20 foot high ceilings and a second level bedroom and bathroom.  The remaining 20 units on the next three floors have 13 foot ceilings.  Most units have wood veneer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  However, some units have been significantly upgraded and customized, including a double-unit space on the top floor.  Each unit has at least one parking space in the secure, underground parking garage.  All units have a spacious deck or patio.

Conover Place is within walking distance of all that the River Market area has to offer.  This includes local shops, restaurants, the City Market, and the new Riverfront Trail.  Access to major highways is only blocks away.
