The Cadillac building was erected in 1918 by Robert
Greenlease to house the Greenlease Motor Car Company.
The building is now being renovated into 29 luxury
condominiums on three floors modeled on the 1910 New York apartment
house style. The units range in size from 1070 to 2472 square feet.
The smaller units feature 1+ bedrooms and 1+ baths while the largest
units have 2+ bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Prices start at $211,000
and go up to $725,000. A 3800 square foot penthouse is $1.3
million.
Unit features include marble entry floor, ventless
gas fireplaces, maple cabinetry, whirlpool tubs, stainless steel
appliances, alarm systems and indoor parking. Residents also
get access to the swimming pool at the Union Hill Athletic Club,
just across the street.
Renovation was completed in 2006.
