609 Central Street Part of the two-building Atriums complex, the Atriums East building at one time housed a shoe manufacturing plant. It was later used as the Historic Suites Hotel until it's conversion in 2005. This building now houses 48 studio, one- and two-bedroom loft condos. Most are single-level units, but there are a limited number of two story floor plans. Prices for the units originally ranged from $87,000 to $267,000.
