21 W 10th Street
Kansas City, MO 64108
21 West 10th began its life in 1913 as a one-story
building for New England National Bank. The architectural
firm of Wilder and Wight designed and constructed this one story
granite structure with a 35 foot ceiling and skylights in the roof.
In November 1930, the building was redesigned to accommodate twelve
additional stories.
Fifty-two loft condos are now planned for the historic
buidling directly across from the new downtown library. The
building will feature 12 floors of housing. Unit sizes range
from a 730 square foot 1 bed/1 bath to 1394 square foot 2 bed/2
bath. Pricing currently ranges from $119,000 on the 4th floor
to $299,700 on the 15th floor. Resident amenities include
covered parking, a rooftop garden, 24-hour doorman, and a free one
year membership to the Kansas City Club. Units feature 11
1/2 foot ceilings, concrete floors and exposed concrete beams.
